Prepare the proper ratios or use pre-prepared marinade packets. Adjustable to personal taste (like chilies).
Wash chicken feet and cut off the nails.
Add ginger, salt, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce into the pot. Simmer on high heat for 10min, low heat for one hour to three hours, depending on ingredients. One hour for chicken claws and vegetables, more than two hours for pork knuckles or beef. Soak overnight if necessary.
