Perfect lunchbox recipe from BBC

用料

• tarragon or cider vinegar 1 tbsp
• Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
• olive oil 2 tbsp
• walnut 2 tbsp
• walnut oil 2 tbsp
• honey 1 tbsp
• potatoes 900g
• fresh tarragon leaves, chopped 1 tbsp

prepare the ingredients

步骤 2

cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15-20 mins

步骤 3

mix all the sauce to creamy

步骤 4

chopped potatoes into chunks

步骤 5

Stir together, add the tarragon and nuts on top

potato salad的小贴士

1. 嫌麻烦如我其实没全按着recipe来～例如walnut我换成cashews 没放walnut oil会稍欠香气但还是可以用同等分量olive oil替代 2.同理没有fresh tarragon可以用干货代替，不然chopped parsley其实也很有herb的香气
