转自@Tasty 的菜谱 5 Low-Carb Breakfasts(截图来自视频) 🔗:https://tasty.co/recipe/ham-cheddar-wrapped-breakfast-burrito 以下以火腿和切达奶酪为例(Ham & Cheese) 也可相应换成培根和香肠(Bacon & Sausages ),牛油果和黑豆(Avocado& Black bean) 不是生酮的话,第二个口味里的可以加50g土豆,第三个就放40g黑豆咯。

步骤 1

取一个干净的碗,鸡蛋、盐、帕玛森芝士碎加入并打散搅拌。 In a medium size bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and Parmesan until well combined.

步骤 2

黄油放入锅中加热融化,把备好的蛋液倒入,摊平。等蛋饼基本成型后,加入切达奶酪碎放中间,放上火腿片、葱花等调料。 In a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let the egg cook just until it starts to set, then add the ham, scallions, and cheddar cheese in the center of the egg wrap.

盖上盖子焖三分钟,或者等芝士融化。 Cover with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked through and the cheese is melted.

把蛋饼移到盘里,先左右往中间折,在上下折。 Remove from the pan and fold in the egg wrap’s left and right sides, then roll from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
