美国这边有一些好吃的沙拉品牌,比如我常吃的Sweetgreen,Chopt,Just Salad等,各家都有独特的沙拉酱汁,沙拉作为特别健康快手的食物,一直想学酱汁制作却没有仔细研究过,最近在家做饭,于是建个菜谱收集下各家的dressing制作,顺带收集了一些蘸酱制作也一并写进去。
