用料

• 鸡蛋 6个
• 干欧芹 1tbsp
• 大蒜粉 1tsp
• 盐 1/2tsp
• 黑胡椒 1/2tsp
• Tortilla软玉米饼 6张
• 黑橄榄 85g
• 蘑菇 100g
• 番茄酱sun-dried 6tsp

Nadiya-蘑菇煎蛋卷的做法步骤

步骤 1

鸡蛋打散，加入干欧芹和大蒜粉，搅拌均匀。

步骤 2

中火热锅，滴入2tsp油。准备好玉米饼。倒入3tbsp鸡蛋液，撒上蘑菇片和黑橄榄

步骤 3

把番茄酱抹到玉米饼上，扣在鸡蛋液上。

步骤 4

熟了之后卷饼对半切即可食用。
