白巧克力布朗尼

Moxie's white chocolate brownies. 还没来得及做，过两天做了拍照片。

用料

• 白巧克力 8 oz
• 鸡蛋 2个
• 软化黄油 1/2 cup
• 香草 1 tbsp
• 盐 3/4 tsp
• 半甜黑巧克力 1 cup
• 细砂糖 1/3 cup
• 面粉 1 + 1/4 cup

白巧克力布朗尼的做法步骤

步骤 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9" pan. Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, or in microwave on med power. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing constantly

Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture

Combine the flour and salt and fold into the white chocolate mixture.

Fold in chocolate chips

步骤 7

Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

步骤 8

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over-bake.

步骤 9

Serve heated. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some real whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
