用料

简易香糯芝麻团的做法步骤

步骤 1

将原料准备好,植物油倒入大锅里。

将白糖倒入温水中完全溶解掉,然后拌入糯米粉中。Dissolve the sugar in the warm water completely.

糯米粉轻揉成团以后,分成14个小球。Combine rice flour with sugar water until a dough form. Divide the dough into 14 balls.

步骤 4

将球搓圆,用手蘸些清水搓一下,然后均匀地滚上芝麻。moist the ball with hands, then roll it generously with sesame seeds.

将油锅加热到七成热,将七只小球轻轻放入。这时会有小气泡慢慢上升。不停翻动小球,它们会慢慢浮起来。这时用勺子底轻轻按压到油里,再松开。这样芝麻球会慢慢长大,变成空心的。Heat the oil with medium heat, when it’s ready, roll in the balls ( divided into 2 batches). Keep stirring the balls. Pushing it down into the oil with the bottom of the ladle, the release. Repeat the action until expanded and golden brown.

待到芝麻团炸到金黄色,出锅。再重复上一步将剩下的芝麻团炸好。Repeat last step for the second batch. Serve after 5 minutes.

简易香糯芝麻团的小贴士

油温不能太高。芝麻可以多滚点。
