Butter Beer🍻

在國外網站看到的，主要是為了讓自己留個紀錄。 測試成果是甜的和暖的🍺。 可以額外再加入其他酒，原方加用Bourbon whiskey，自用隨意替換，有朋友喜歡Kirin版本的，自己做得開心就好。 比例大概是 Apple Cider 3 : Ginger Ale 2 上面的裝飾用Cream可以加入一部份的butterscotch sauce打發，直接用糖也可，當然如果打算分一部份sauce出來，一開始多做點即可，用不完放冰箱拌雪糕淋蛋糕隨意吃🙈

用料

• Butterscotch sauce
• Butter 10g
• Brown Sugar 15g
• Cream 10g
• ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
• Apple Cider 250mL
• Ginger Beer/Ale 160mL
• Cream (For Decoration) 100g
• Sugar (For Decoration) 10g

Butter Beer🍻的做法步骤

步骤 1

Heat butter and brown sugar in a pot . Let it caramelized and add cream into it.

步骤 2

Adding apple cider into the pot . Heat until the butterscotch sauce dissolves and the mixtures is streaming hot.

步骤 3

Remove from heat and stir in the ginger ale .

步骤 4

拿個漂亮杯子裝啤酒，打發奶油 Ready to serve
