• Cream Cheese 250g
• Bailey 60ml
• egg 1
• sugar 35g
• #Cookie Base
• Oreo 50g (without filling)
• butter 20g

Bailey Cheese Cake的做法步骤

步骤 1

Break Oreos into pieces and blend with melted butter, make it as the base of the cake, put into fridge

步骤 2

whip cream cheese + sugar

步骤 3

add egg

步骤 4

add Bailey, blend with silicon knife

步骤 5

pour into model

步骤 6

prepare oven at 150 degree, water bath, 1 hour
