步骤 1

准备食材:罗氏虾清洗去爪须,开虾背;蒜切磨,小葱切小圈。 Prepare the ingredients: Clean the prawns, remove the claws and antennae, and butterfly them by slicing open the back; mince the garlic; slice the scallions into thin rounds.
