In a bowl mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup until well combined. Mix in the coconut flour and cinnamon. Scoop 1 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball in your hands. Repeat this with all the dough. Lay all the balls on a parchment paper. Press them down with a fork (Shown on video). Refrigerate the cookies for 10 mins. Dip each cookie in melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky salt. Refrigerate again until the chocolate hardens.
