拌|南昌拌粉Nanchang mixed Bee Hoon的做法步骤

步骤 1

如上图备食材。 As shown in the picture, prepare the ingredients.

先将干米粉冷水下锅煮熟后捞出,过水沥干备用(10-15min)。 Cook the dried rice vermicelli in cold water until fully cooked, then remove and rinse with water to drain. Set aside.

料汁:小米椒和尖椒都剁了碎+蒜泥+葱花+2勺生抽+1勺老抽+1勺陈醋+1勺白糖,烧热油淋上搅拌。 Sauce: Chop the small chili and bell pepper into small pieces, add minced garlic, chopped green onion, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
