Mix yeast + sugar + warm water. 10mins.
Mix flour & salt. Add water. Knead. Cover, let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch the dough down, and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a round dough ball. Poke into the center of each dough ball to form a ring. Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Water bath. Boil each side for 1min. Bake at 220ºC for 20mins.
