Preheat the oven to 350F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment or baking mats. In a large bowl stir together the peanut butter, sugar, egg & baking soda and evenly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Form into balls about 1 tablespoon in size and place 2 inches apart on the lined cookie sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the tops look set.
