椰子水,每百克20千卡左右的那种,应该是买来的椰青里面的水。一般330~350ml一瓶。 coconut water, 100g coconut water contains 20 calories, I suppose it's the liquid in coconuts originally. About 330-350 ml per bottle.

椰浆粉。无糖无添加,100%椰浆粉,热量挺高的,每百克五百卡以上。我的一包是16克,两包32克。 coconut powder.suger-free and additive-free,100% pure cocunut powder, high in calorie, over 500 calories every 100g. Mine is 16g per packet,32g two packets.

热水化开椰浆粉(热水不易结块)。2包椰子粉+水,加到320克(粉:水=1:9) dissolve coconut powder in warm water.(use warm water in case of lumps). 2 packets of coconut powder + water, 320g altogether.(coconut powder : water=1 : 9)

加一瓶椰子水、5克2倍白砂糖甜度的零卡糖,搅拌均匀就做好了 add a bottle of coconut water, 5g of calorie-free sweetener twice sweeter than granulated suger, get it well stirred and it's done.

热量计算如图 成品总共:约685克 251千卡 蛋白质0.8克 脂肪11.2克 碳水37.1克 每百克营养成分:37千卡 蛋白质0.1克 脂肪1.6克 碳水5.4克 nutritional information is shown in the picture you'll have 685 grams grand total, which contains 251calories 0.8g protein 11.2g fat 37.1g carbs every 100g contains 37calories 0.1g protein 1.6g fat 5.4g carbs.

——更新一个生椰拿铁做法—— 最经典的当然是生椰拿铁!个人喜欢喝热热的,生椰乳盖上保鲜膜戳几个洞,微波炉加热到65℃ 生椰乳228克(84千卡)+速溶黑咖啡3克(11千卡) 95千卡/250ml don't miss cocunut latte,I prefer a hot one. cover with food wrap ,poke several holes and get it in the microwave, heat up to 65℃ coconut milk 228g (84calories)+ instant coffee 3g(11calories) 95calories/250ml

在食材里写的热水是100-288g 288g水成品685g,一次228g已经是满杯 为了避免用espresso做时250ml杯子装不下生椰乳,我会减水。加100g水最终成品是499g,也是分三份。 it says 100-288g warm water in the Ingredients. with 288g water, 685g coconut milk, 228g at a time could fill up the cup in case of too much coconut milk, i'll add less water when using espresso.with 100g water, 499g coconut milk, divided into 3 also.
