Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until we’ll combined. Rest in the fridge for 30min. After resting, shape the mixture into 6 cylinders and skewer with barbecue skewers.
Heat oil in a large pan and fry koftas until sealed on all sides. Place koftas in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
#sauce Blend until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until a desired consistency is achieved.
