Preheat the oven at 180°C; bake the Zrou in the oven for 8-10 minutes to get its crispy texture, set aside.
Mix all ingredients, inclusive the Zrou, in a big bowl with the soft grated boiled potatoes, gradually mix in chickpea flour to have a dough consistency, smoke the dough for 2 minutes with the coal. Now make equal size of kabab, line them up on a tray, shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce or green mint coriander chutney.
