Prep Mince garlic and ginger
Heat up a bit oil, sauté the sausage till dry-ish. Sauté a spoon of dou-ban till fragerant.
add minced ginger and garlic
add peas
add a splash of water
add soy sauce
add mirin on the pan directly, not on the sauce itself LOW heat
add chicken powder and white pepper powder
optional: starch water optional: dark soy sauce
add silkey tofu
