酸甜金枪鱼苹果三明治 Apple Tuna Sandwich

金枪鱼和苹果？没搞错吧？！ 但事实就是，自从在某个朋友家中尝了这个三明治，那种酸酸甜甜很鲜很清爽很开胃的味道让我着实想念，所以找女主人讨了方子。Thank u Sarah. 口味太小众🤣不喜勿试呀～

用料

• 金枪鱼罐头 canned tuna fish 若干罐
• 苹果 chopped apples 若干
• 胡萝卜 grated carrots 若干
• 沙拉酱 plain salad dressing 适量
• 黄芥末酱（不是吃寿司的青芥辣！） mustard (not wasabi!!!) 适量
• 盐 salt 一点点
• 柠檬汁 lemon juice 少许
• 切片面包 sandwich bread 若干片

酸甜金枪鱼苹果三明治 Apple Tuna Sandwich的做法步骤

步骤 1

Buy cans of tuna fish from the supermarket and let the water go out of the can. 拆金枪鱼罐头，沥干。

步骤 2

Mix the tuna with chopped apples, grated carrots, plain salad dressing, and mustard. 将鱼肉和苹果泥、胡萝卜末、沙拉酱和芥末酱（黄芥末，不是吃寿司的青芥辣！）混合均匀。

步骤 3

Add a little bit of salt and some lemon juice. 加一点点盐和少许柠檬汁。

步骤 4

Then just put the tuna salad on bread. 涂抹酱，夹面包，开吃！

This is the salad dressing & mustard that they used. 这是国内就可以买到的沙拉酱和黄芥末酱。
