• 云片糕 150克
• 牛奶 250毫升
• 枸杞 8粒
• 年糕 一块

1、家里库存的大糕。

2、取出糕放在冷开水中泡一夜。

3、把没有泡软的糕剪剪碎放入锅中，再倒入一盒牛奶，中火边煮边搅至无颗粒。

4、好朋友送的家乡特产，冰糖年糕。拆封后将盘子底抹油，再把年糕放上面蒸软。

5、此时大糕彻底化在牛奶里，让我想起年代食物：奶糕。

6、年糕蒸软后用花朵模具压出年糕小花，取枸杞子插入年糕。造型做好放入奶糕中。一份美丽的甜点。（可以放年糕，元宵）
