取出冷藏面糊,如果有液体分离,要搅拌均匀,表面有小气泡等,要搅拌去泡保证面糊均匀。
预热完毕后,取一块黄油切丁,放到玛芬模具连模,入烤箱烘烤2分钟,可以听到滋滋声,取出模具后黄油会变为液状
立即倒入面糊,每碗5分满
烤箱调整为上下210度,中层烘烤20分左右,烘烤至金棕色,奶香味四溢,中途不要开烤箱
