step 1 锅里放入少量油,加入切好的柠檬草和洋葱翻炒至洋葱变为浅棕色。 Pour a lttile bit of sunflower iol and stir-fry sliced lemongrass and onions until thy are browned.
step 2 在炒好洋葱和柠檬草的锅里放入500ml开水(可自行决定汤量),并倒入鱼露调味。鱼露本身是咸口的所以不需要再加盐。随即放入牛肉高汤块,我是两人份所以放了两块。 put 500ml water into the pot(you can decide as you may prefer more or less soup in your PHO),then pour nuoc-mam into your boiled soup, be careful, nuoc-man is salty so no need to put more salt. Then put 2 cubes of beef bouillon into the soup(for 2 people).
step 3 制作肉丸。肉末里加入少量胡椒和盐调味,捏成丸子即可下锅(为了确保丸子不散肉末里可可以加入少量淀粉,但最好的方法是加蛋清然后用筷子沿着一个方向将肉末搅打上劲)。煮熟肉丸后加入烫过的五成熟米粉、豆芽,小米辣椒煮30秒,出锅后挤上青柠汁放入薄荷叶即可开动啦! Seasoning ground meat with pepper and salt, some starch powder as binder, but the better way is put one egg-white and whisk hardly in one direction),then cook meatball in boiled soup. After that put into half cooked rice noodle,bean sprout and chilli into the soup, then top the soup with mint and lime. Done!
第二天又做了一碗素米粉,一样好吃哦!

这应该是懒人的版本了,答应我不要省去柠檬草、青柠和鱼露,如果不吃辣小米辣可以不用加。
