Creamy Chicken & Spinach Pasta

用料

• 300g tagliatelle
• A knob of butter
• 400g skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thick strips
• (Mushroom, sliced)
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
• 50g sun-dried tomatoes or fresh tomaotes,chopped cherry tomatoes&olive oil&basamic vinegar & salt & pepper, oven 200-40mins
• 150g baby spinach leaves
• 1 cup 250ml single cream

1Cook the pasta season the chicken

Heat oil in a frying pan: fry the chicken: 4–6 minutes -cooked through. (Mushroom: soften) Add 2 garlic & butter:melt

步骤 3

Add 1cup cream:simmer for 3-4min Add spinach & tomatoes :wilted. Add the cooked pasta : toss well Sprinkle with parmesan.
