This dish is a quick and easy recipe to prepare; it’s very delicious with a lovely texture and is definitely one you must try. This flavor is one of my childhood memories and a dish I have eaten often. It’s crunchy with a soy sauce flavor that combines very nicely with the egg. It’s a very homely dish I’m sure your family will enjoy.
炒合菜卷饼 Chao He Cai的做法步骤
步骤 2
豆芽洗干净,韭菜洗净切成4-5cm长段,拉皮切宽条备用。
步骤 3
炒锅加入平时炒菜的油量中火加热,加入豆芽和韭菜炒1分钟后加入粉皮。
步骤 4
大约煸炒半分钟左右,加入生抽、老抽然后加盐炒匀调味即可。
