摘自A Kitchen Addiction, 适用于8寸方模,20cm*20cm。 原方如下: 1/2 C all-purpose flour 1/3 C brown sugar 1/2 C sugar substitute or sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 C unsweetened baking cocoa 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt 1 egg 2 tbsp non-fat milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 C mini chocolate chips 步骤 1)Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray an 8×8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 2)In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, salt, baking soda, and baking cocoa. 3)In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in mini chips. 4)Spread batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Do not over bake. 5)Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces. Note: These brownies cut best using a plastic knife. 6)Store leftovers in an airtight container.

烤箱预热350华氏度,175摄氏度

找一个大盆,均匀混合面粉,糖,盐,小苏打和可可粉

步骤 3

找一个小盆,均匀混合酸奶,鸡蛋,香草精和牛奶。

步骤 4

将小盆内混合均匀的湿性材料全部倒入大盆内,混合均匀。最后加入巧克力豆,混合。

均匀倒入烤盘内,烤20-25分钟(直到牙签插入,拔出来是干净的,没有巧克力糊即可)

8寸方模,20cm*20cm, 我自己替换70g红糖成了椰蓉,成品完全不甜。 此方用的是脱脂酸奶,热量很低~
