俄罗斯沙拉Vinegret

This is my own recipe of one of my favorite salads - Vinegret. This is Russian or Ukrainian salad i guess, well, I don't know exactly but here we all love it in Kazakhstan. This salad is very healthy at the same time, cause you don't use Mayonnaise for this, oh I hate mayo. Alright!!! Let's get started.

用料

• 土豆 3
• 胡萝卜 2
• 紫薯 2
• 酸白菜 200克
• 青豆 100 克
• 盐
• 橄榄油 50 克

俄罗斯沙拉Vinegret的做法步骤

步骤 1

1. 全部的材料都切成丁。在用水煮熟。我觉得这样更简单一点。因为， 土豆熟了以后很难切的。酸白菜 （sour kraut) 可以自己做， 也可以用买的。 2. 都煮熟了以后， 把全部的材料都放在一个pan里面， 加橄榄油和少许盐（个人口味）搅拌均匀。 很容易 是吗？ bon appetite.
