花生酱巧克力球 Peanut Butter Balls

用料

• 半甜巧克力 2杯
• 幼滑花生酱 2杯
• 谷物脆麦片（不是燕麦片） 3杯
• 黄油 1/2杯
• 糖粉 4杯

花生酱巧克力球 Peanut Butter Balls的做法步骤

步骤 1

低温加热黄油和花生酱。

步骤 2

大碗里混合麦片和糖粉，将1倒入，充分拌匀

步骤 3

分份整型，每个揉成2-3cm的小球，铺在盘子（垫油纸或铝箔）里放冰箱待材料变硬

步骤 4

冷却3的时候做巧克力外皮。巧克力隔水加热至完全融化。将3在巧克力浆里滚一圈放回盘子，冰箱冷却至外皮定型
