for around 12 scones main dough pastry flour 200 g cocoa powder 12 g powdered sugar 48 g baking powder 4 g salt 1 g butter 66 g milk 70 g heavy cream 40g --- used 44 g heavy cream and 58 g milk, could even reduce more filling (~ 17-20 g per scone) cream cheese 220 g ----- short of cream cheese, so used 70 g of cream cheese proportionally powdered sugar 30 g cocoa powder 8 g optional for chocolate chips chocolate coat dark chocolate 60 g coconut oil 6 g alt recipe: sandy's mom's chocolate coating 65% chocolate 200g coconut oil 30 g ---- 8/18/2024: i used 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, 6 tsp sugar, and 8 g coconut oil * scone main dough is not very sweet
