用料

步骤 1

鸡腿肉切至2cm小块,加姜末、生抽、黄酒、盐拌匀放置冰箱一晚(至少4小时以上)炸前拌入炸鸡粉Cut the chicken thighs into 2 cm small pieces, then mix them with minced ginger, soy sauce, yellow wine, and salt. Let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight (at least 4 hours). Before frying, coat the chicken with fried chicken batter.
