家庭简易烤鸭的做法步骤

步骤 1

鸭子放在有架子的盘子里,浇一次滚开水。然后把盘子放冰箱过夜,沥干水份。 Set the duck in the roasting pan with wire, pour hot water all over then drain in the pan overnight in the refrigerator.

步骤 2

提前四个小时将鸭子从冰箱取出,放在室温下一个小时。 4 hours before dinner time, take the duck out of the refrigerator, set in room temperature for an hour before cooking.

将鸭子内部塞入香叶 八角,葱段姜片,苹果块,或是橘子。 Stuff the duck with bay leaves, star anise and ginger, green onion and orange or apple slices.

烤箱预热350华氏度。同时将鸭子表皮用蜂蜜刷遍。 Preheat the oven to 350, and brush the entire duck surface with honey.

步骤 5

将鸭子放入烤箱烘烤三个小时左右。每隔一个小时检查一下,顺便再刷一次蜂蜜。 Every hour, check on the duck and brush more honey on the skin. Cover the tips with aluminum foil to prevent burning. For a total cooking time of 2.5-3 hours.

时间到了将鸭子取出。准备小葱,黄瓜丝,胡萝卜丝,甜面酱。蒸面饼(店里购买的)。待鸭肉稍凉,用刀将鸭肉切片成盘。 After taking the duck out of the oven, prepare cucumber and carrot slices, green onions. Pour the hoisin sauce in a dish. Steam the store-bought duck wraps. Then slice the duck meat into bite size pieces.
