Cut the tempeh into slices and deep fry and set aside
Heat up a nonstick pan to medium low heat. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and put in ginger
Add in fried tempeh saute awhile, put in oyster sauce, soya sauce sauce and chilli powder and saute for 1-2 minutes
Last step is put Basil leave and stir a while and ready to serve.
* note: Basil leave can change to curry leave, but taste will be a bit different.
