用料

• Butter 1 cup
• Sugar 1cup
• Eggs 4
• Baking soda 1 teaspoon
• Buttermilk 1/2 cup
• Plain flour 3 1/2 cups
• Chopped Dates 8 oz (227g)
• Nuts(pecans) 2 cups
• Orange candy 2 bags(7oz 198g)
• Angel flake Coconut 1/3 cup
• Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup
• Powdered sugar 1 cups

Orange slice cake的做法步骤

步骤 1

用厨房机，Cream 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, adding 4 eggs, one at a time. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to 1/2 cup buttermilk, add alternately to creamed mixture with 3 1/2 cups plain flour.

大玻璃碗里放入chopped dates, 2 cups chopped nuts, and 2 bags orange candy in flour, add flake coconut to the mixture. 撒上一点面粉，用勺子搅拌均匀。

步骤 4

Grease tube pan with cooking spray including center tube. Put 3 pieces of parchment paper. Make 3 layers.

步骤 5

Fold the nuts into the batter. Cook in tube pan 2-2.5 hours at 250 degrees or until cake tests done or breaks away from the sides of the pan.
