Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4 or 180°C. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and the Jordans Super Nutty Granola (remember to break up any large clusters with your finger tips!)
Melt the butter and golden syrup together in a saucepan over a low heat, taking care that the mixture doesn’t get too hot. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix well. Shape the mixture into 9 balls and place on the baking sheet, leave space to allow for them to spread.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
