用作控糖记录打卡用,前3个月放在另一个食谱,起始记录为13th week第一天。 。想吃糖的时候尽量用无糖>低糖>白砂糖 。碳水化合物(米面酿造酒等) 2次/月 水果2次/月 。菌菇爱好者/蔬菜终结者/芝士就是力量/吃肉变强 有氧:瑜伽+跑步(每周2-3次) 预定在到达70kg的时候开始加入规律肌肉训练。
