Dhal ,fenugreek seeds,curry powder,turmeric, half of green chili,garlic,onion,pandan leaves,mix altogether plus 1cup of water
cook in medium heat,till dhal is soft stir every 2-3mins add a splash of water if needed
when dhal is soft, add coconut milk' then salt. when its done ,turn off the gas
3-4tsp coconut oil, 2pieces of cinnamon, mustard seeds, heat together till mustard seed start popping, keep the lid on
add pandan leaves,garlic,green chili and onions; then add dried chilis and chili flakes to bring the heat
add previous dhal inside the pots,keep the heat on,mix for a few mins.
