This sauce looks heavy, but it's refreshing and versatile: it can be pickled with meat or tofu. When sometimes having no ideas to eat, you can try to use "scallion salt sauce" to make a simple lunch or dinner. Just with white rice and green vegetables, and it's done in one meal. 用料

• 葱 2条
• 蒜 1瓣
• 姜 5g
• 清酒（料酒） 1大勺
• 糖（蜂蜜） 1小勺
• 盐 1/2小勺
• 黑胡椒 适量
• 柠檬汁（柠檬醋） 1小勺
• 白芝麻 1小勺
• 麻油 1小勺

【搬运】MASA的葱盐酱的做法步骤

步骤 1

葱切碎成葱末，蒜和姜压泥，装在同一个容器里。加入其余材料拌匀即可。

步骤 2

使用方法：用酱料腌制肉类或老豆腐10min左右，煎香或烤熟食用。
