Despite few certain fruit like kiwi, pineapple and pawpaw won’t set, you can put everything you like into the jelly. Top up with a scoop of ice cream is a classical western way to enjoy your homemade jelly.

步骤 1

NOTE: Every 500ml liquid mix with 2tbsp gelatine powder.

步骤 2

Few teaspoons of water or juice that enough to soften gelatine powder in a bowl. Sprinkle gelatine powder on the top of the water(do not stir) and wait for 3-5 mins.

步骤 3

Heat it up the liquid you are going to put with jelly. Juice or water(add flavour, colour and sugar), then bring it to boil.

步骤 4

Once it is boiled turn off the gas and put the gelatine gel into the pot and stir till it melts completely.

步骤 5

Divide the water into the containers you want them to be in. Once it’s cool down transfer to the fridge for minimum 4hrs before serve.
