火腿番茄披萨| TOMATO PIZZA 🍕的做法步骤

步骤 1

将酵母、盐、融化的黄油与面粉混合,牛奶分批次加入,揉成光滑的面团。 Combine the yeast, salt, melted butter and flour; add the milk in several phases, mix to incorporation.

步骤 2

密封发酵1小时至两倍大(室温35℃,若气温低需适当延长发酵时间)。 Set aside to fermentation for at least an hour.

步骤 3

擀成薄片。 Flatten the dough.

步骤 4

碟中刷一层油,放入擀好的面团,用叉子戳孔。 Brush the plate lightly with oil first; make some hole in the surface.

刷一层披萨酱,铺上切好的火腿、西红柿、玉米粒和芝士。 Brush the sauce, put the well-cut ham, tomato pieces and cheeses.
