焦糖味增•釉面三文鱼的做法步骤
步骤 1
调制酱料:蜂蜜、酱油、味增、米醋、少许辣椒粉按配方混合
步骤 3
热锅烧油,鱼皮面向下中火煎7-9分钟直到鱼皮变金黄;翻面,煎2分钟后捞出备用
步骤 4
转小火加入酱汁,不断搅拌至酱汁变浓稠;再次加入煎好的三文鱼,用勺子重复给鱼浇汁,直至酱汁挂满鱼块
步骤 5
米饭/意面装盘,三文鱼放置中央,浇余下的酱汁,葱花、芝麻、辣椒粉点缀
