mini cheesecake - snickers

Trying to use up leftover candy bars and crackers from Halloween.

用料

• cream cheese 1 pkg (8oz)
• egg 1
• sugar/candy ~ 60g
• butter 2 tbsp
• crackers some

mini cheesecake - snickers的做法步骤

步骤 1

Crash the crackers in a ziplock bag. (pretzels) Melt 1 tbsp butter and mix butter with cracker crumbles.

步骤 2

Add cracker mix into cupcake liners and press firm.

步骤 3

Add 1 tbsp butter, Snicker bars, Milkyway bars, Reeses, bear paw bars, ect. (containing caramel, chocolate, peanut butter, and nuts)

步骤 4

Beat the cream cheese (room temperature) until fluffy. Add in the melted candy bar mixture, beat until well mixed. Then add in the egg, beat well.

步骤 5

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cupcake liners, 2/3 full, shake to remove bubbles. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes until pass the toothpick test.
