Cut the patapos, eggplants and bell pepper in papernoten cut. Boil the potato in water until cooked. Dip eggplant in starch then wok a bit with small amount of oil.
Use aerofryer, potato for 15min, eggplant for 6min, bell pepper for 3min. Cut some garlic.
Oil in pan, garlic, then pour the sauce. When the sauce is becoming thicker put the 3 veges in. when almost done put some more garlic.
