First thing is to boil the water to cook the pasta. For one bag of pasta like the one I used in the photo, maybe cook half a gallon of water.Let the water fully boiled, put the whole bag of pasta into the boiling water, add 2 teaspoon of salt, reduce the heat a little, and let it cook for about 5-10 minutes. This is depending on one's preference of the softness or hardness of the pasta. You can take one to try to see how you like it taste. Once it tastes to your desire, let the cooked pasta sit for about 1-3 minutes before you drain them out. After you drained out the hot cooking water of the pasta, raise the pastawith warm water, then let it sit dry for about 30 minutes.
Peel the shrimp. Remove the skin. Wash the shrimp with cold water. Cut the shrimp to cube or how you like it. Put them in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Cut or slide the roman tomatoes of your choice. Be sure to remove all the tomato seeds. Put them in a bowl and let it sit aside.
Wash the basil. Let them dry a little bit. Chop them not too big or too small.
Chop one clove of garlic. Not too big or too small.
Now you're going to stir fry the shrimp. In a frying pan, let it warm up, add two (2) table spoon of olive or canola oil and let it warm up, then add the chopped garlic, stir it for 15-20 second and add the shrimp immediately. Stir fry them for about 3-5 minutes, don't over cook them, then set sit aside to let it cool down.
In a big bowl or pot, add the cooked pasta, the chopped tomatoes, the stir fried shrimp, and start mixing them. Then add the whole bottle of the balsamic vinaigrette dressing, the basil, a teaspoon of grouped black pepper a little salt and start mixing them. You are now done and ready to serve.
If you like to eat it cold, you should put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving. This is also very good.
