步骤 1

先说一下具体流程: 1. 若有用到新鲜水果,将除奇亚籽外其他材料放入榨汁机里搅匀,再加奇亚籽手动搅匀。 2. 若没有新鲜水果,直接将所有材料用勺子充分搅拌均匀,搅拌至少一分钟 (避免奇亚籽结块) 3. 放入冰箱至少6小时,最多放3天。 4. 取出,再搅拌均匀,若太干可加液体稀释。最后加topping装饰一下即可。

草莓奇亚籽布丁(新鲜水果版): 2tbsp chia seeds 液体:100g 草莓,1/3 cup 椰奶 调味:2tbsp 蜂蜜,1/4tsp 香草精,3/8 tsp 柠檬皮 topping: 新鲜草莓片,椰子片,坚果等。
