Julia Child的水潽蛋的做法步骤

步骤 1

Boil the water. Bring a pot of water to a boil. 烧一锅水到沸腾

步骤 2

Make a hole in the eggshell with the pin. 在蛋壳上戳一个洞,

步骤 3

Boil the egg for 10 seconds. Place the whole egg (still in the shell) in the boiling water for exactly 10 seconds. 将鸡蛋放到沸腾的水中煮10秒(不多不少正好10秒)

步骤 4

Poach the egg. 水煮荷包蛋(正常的步骤:把蛋打到水里,煮4到4.5分钟)
