• Chinese-date 5
• Medla r Few 20
• Crystal sauger Few
• Lotus seed Few 5-10
• Pawpaw/snow pear One

Make the tremella into pieces

Wash Chinese- date

Wash medlar

步骤 4

Put all the ingredients above into a big pot and cook it with a lot of water. When the water boil, change the fire into small , cook it for one to two hours till the soup become viscous liquid and add the crystal sauger till all of it melt.

Other ingredient u can put into: lotus seed or pawpaw or snow pear
