下饭神菜 酱爆茄子

虽然这是第一次用茄子做饭,但是之后我会经常用!我觉得口味很不错,但是放了太多油和郫县豆瓣。下次我想先放鸡精汁让茄子变成软的,所以可以少放油。非常好吃!First time cooking with aubergine and it most  definitely won't be the last. Next time I'm gonna try using the chicken stock to soften the aubergine instead of using oil, and I'll be more sparing with the Pixian sauce. Verrrrry 美味。#午餐•2020年3月23日#
