Cut the broccoli into florets ,slice the (Champignon)mushrooms and carrots,then blanch all the ingredients separately.
In a separate bowl prepare the sauce mixture:together soybean sauce ,oyster sauce,sesame oil,black pepper,water,and corn starch.Stir well and set aside.
Add minced garlic to a hot pan with cold oil ,Sauté for a few moments until fragrant.
Add all the ingredients from step 1.
Pour the sauce from the bowl into the pan,stir well,then remove from heat and plate the dish.
