This osso buco recipe produces a tender beef shank cooked over low heat with red wine and a few other ingredients. An easy recipe that takes only 20 minutes to prepare and about 3 hours to complete.

步骤 1
不用加油,直接煎Pancetta,直到出油,变成焦褐色的小丁,捞出备用。
步骤 4
煎过肉的锅不洗,倒入西芹、胡萝卜🥕、和洋葱丁和蒜末,同时放入百里香三根。
