▢ 1 cup vanilla protein powder (4 scoops) ▢ 0.5 cup peanut butter or any nut or seed butter (120g) ▢ 0.25 cup maple syrup or honey/sugar free maple syrup (83g) ▢ 0.25 cup water (Only add enough to achieve the desired texture of cookie dough)

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. Slowly add in the protein powder until a thick and crumbly texture remains.

步骤 2

Using a tablespoon, add enough water until a thick consistency remains. Fold through the chocolate chips or mix-ins of choice. Enjoy immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a more firm edible cookie dough.
