Cooking with dog 版本 建議第一batch拿來當test round 然後adjust batter, seasoning or cooking time accordingly 我是byelingual別問了

用料

廣島燒 (cooking with dog)的做法步骤

步骤 1

中筋麵粉加入冷卻的dashi湯汁或是市面賣的雞湯,鹽巴跟胡椒,攪拌到水水的狀態 (實驗的batch做完後可以調整麵糊的調味)

台灣切絲後, 跟豆芽菜一起清洗一下

步骤 3

麵糊入中火熱過的鍋子裡,一直往中間倒圓形能漂亮一點。讓餅皮cook一下,灑一點柴魚片/粉(left over可以做早餐餅皮,兩面大概煎個10分脆脆的很好吃)

加入cabbage+豆芽菜

再來點柴魚粉後 加一點麵糊讓veggie能黏住

加上培根

season with salt & pepper, add a little more batter

cook until the crepe is hardened then flip

步骤 9

cook bacon until crispy (plz be patient)

在一邊做yakisoba, make sure to make it as dry as possible, add some okonomi sauce to adjust favlor

步骤 11

put the okonomiyaki on top of yakisoba

步骤 12

cook egg on side, season with salt and pepper (opt. step)

put okonomiyaki on egg

flip over again to sauce it thoroughly, squeeze mayo criss cross

add nori/ furikake, bonito flakes or whatever suits your taste

put green onion on top to garnish

left over 可以做香香脆脆的餅皮,裡面夾 scrambled egg, lightly seared crispy bacon, and raw cabbage. All seasoned with just salt and pepper 簡單版 breakfast burrito

廣島燒 (cooking with dog)的小贴士

如果沒有很大的flat cooking grill 的話用兩個大的 flat pan就可以咯 要注意yakisoba不要熱太久不然會糊掉
